Contract for the Supply of Products or Services

We track the electronic 'fingerprints' of every order placed on this website to enable us and all legitimate crime prevention and prosecution authorities to trace individual users engaging in criminal activities on our website.

Sending Things Back
Our policy
30 Day Money Back Guarantee!
Everything we sell now comes with a full 30-Day Money Back Guarantee, so if you're not happy with anything, and it's within 30 days of buying it - please get in touch with us and we can explain how to return an item to get your money back.
What to do after 30 Days
We believe in the things we sell and we want you to be happy with them too. So, outside of the 30 Day period, if they have failed you in any way, please contact us and we can discuss the options - most items come with a guarantee, or warranty - and we may either offer to exchange them, or give you your money back, depending on the problem.
How to return
When returning an item, please make sure you include your full name and contact details, and order number - a copy of the original invoice, and the original packaging would be good!
At the same time, please tell us why you are returning your goods, so we can quickly put things right.
If the item is faulty, we will cover second class post, for other returns, if appropriate, we will refund the full cost of the order minus delivery costs, and for all returns, please retain a proof of posting, which you can get from the Post Office.

Standard delivery
If your item is in stock, we will do our best to send out your order within 1 to 2 days. In busy times it may take us a little longer. Depending how much it weighs, your order will go by Royal Mail second class or standard parcel, or by courier, in which case a signature will be required when you receive your parcel.
Couriers deliver Monday to Friday, Royal Mail deliver Monday to Saturday - if you know you are usually out during the day, ask us to send your parcel to a different address when you place your order.
This service should take between 3 to 5 working days.
Priority Delivery
If your item is in stock, we will do our best to send out your order within 1 to 2 days. In busy times it may take us a little longer. Priority delivery is guaranteed to arrive faster - your order will be sent first class or by courier, and should arrive within 48 hours of us sending it.
Overseas Orders
We deliver to all EU countries and other parts of Europe. Due to issues of transport miles, we don't deliver to the USA, Far East or Australia. Postage costs to Europe vary depending on the weight of your order and destination. Delivery time also varies but should not take longer than 2 weeks from when we send it.
* Please note that we are unable to offer free delivery on overseas orders (including Ireland, and Northern Ireland if over 2kg) - if in doubt, please call or email us.
In all cases, if it's going to be any longer than as above we'll let you know.

Making A Purchase
Making a purchase is easy. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need, to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit and debit card payments. If you are shopping from Ireland or Europe, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.
We accept Visa, Switch, Solo, Maestro and Mastercard. We can accept credit/debit card information over the phone, or over the Internet.
When we email out a confirmation of order, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice which goes out with the goods. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. If it's going to be longer than a few days you will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, VAT is added at the relevant rate (mostly 17.5%, but 5% or 0% for some items). All other orders are VAT free.
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our payment gateway. They are not held by us.
Privacy Policy
innocent earth do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
Cookies are used on our site to keep track of the contents of your shopping basket, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to 'Tools | Internet Options | Privacy' and selecting to block cookies. If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use cookies.Data collected by this site is used to:
